Dearest Friends,

Warmest Christmas greetings to all of you! Last month, my family and I celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with gratitude for so many rich blessings. I have been home from Phantom Tour and back with my family for an entire year, now, and we have felt the guiding hand of the Lord as we have experienced many unexpected but welcome changes.

As mentioned last month, we moved to Utah in May. We came here not quite knowing what the future held, but we have since seen many things unfold for us. This past semester, I have taught voice at BYU, and Seminary at our local junior high, which has been a very rewarding experience! I also recently finished performances with the wonderful drama students at Mountain View High as we put on the show, "Children of Eden." Scattered throughout the time we've spent here, I have also had many opportunities to sing in concert and fireside settings, and even appear in a few small film projects produced by the LDS Church. If you have not seen the Mormon Message I'm in, "Flecks of Gold," you can view it on the Mormon Channel on YouTube.

I am very excited to announce three upcoming concerts I will be a part of:

I'll be joining Todd McCabe, April Moriarty, Sam Payne, Jessie Clark Funk, One Voice Children's Choir, and Suzie Lind for an evening of fabulous music. Proceeds benefit the Timberline Fine Arts Department. • Broadway & Co. New Year's Eve Concert, December 31, 2011, 6:40 PM at the Tabernacle on Temple Square, Salt Lake City, UT. In a reprise of the popular Broadway & Co. concert in the park, I will be rejoining my talented Musical Theater friends from the area in a New Year's concert featuring some of our favorite Broadway tunes. This concert is free as part of the "Eve" series of events. • Dallyn Vail Bayles in Concert, February 18, 2012, 7 PM at the SCERA Center for the Performing Arts in Orem, UT. I am excited to return to the SCERA for another solo concert. This time I will be sharing music from both my existing albums, as well as some other favorite Broadway songs. Tickets are $10/Adult, $8/Child/Senior/Student.
